How to Install – lalbert/magento2-fr_fr PHP Package
Step:1 – Open your terminal (On any Unix Systems, or OSX or Windows)

sudo apt-get update
Step:3 – Enter the below command in order to install the python PyPi Package.
composer require lalbert/magento2-fr_fr
